- Any cancellation made by the traveller will result in a 20% forfeiture of the
total booking fee to cover administrative costs.
- Changes must be requested at least 30 days before the scheduled service to
qualify for a partial refund (if applicable).
- Secure travel subscriptions can be paused but are non-refundable once activated.
5. Passport, Visa, and Entry Requirements
- Traveller Responsibility: It is the traveller’s sole responsibility to ensure their
passport is valid and that they obtain the necessary visas or permits required
for entry into South Africa.
- Visa Processing: Intro Cape does not process visas but may provide general
guidance on visa requirements.
- Entry Denial: We are not liable for travellers denied entry due to invalid
documentation, visa rejections, or immigration issues.
- South African Regulations: Visitors must comply with all entry laws, including
visa duration limits, health requirements, and customs regulations. Failure to
adhere may result in fines, deportation, or legal consequences.
